Pantai Merah | The pink sand beach of Indonesia

Pantai Merah, also called Pantai Serai and Pink Beach, is one of the seven pink sand beaches on the planet. Located on the Indonesian island of Komodo, situated within a national park, its vibrant color is due to the microscopic fragments of red corals that mix with the shining white sand of the coast. There is a second theory for the pink color of the sand, the foraminifera pigment, which is carried by fragments of coral mixed with shells and calcium carbonate material.

The Biggest Anamorphic Illusion In The World, The Massive Wave From Seoul Aquarium

This giant aquarium is an anamorphic illusion of a wave pool in the largest outer screen in South Korea. Designed by Estúdio District, the raised tank is actually a huge anamorphic illusion. The digital media company created the public project using the largest advertising screen in the world, with 80.1 x 20.1 meters with high resolution. As shown in the video, the fake aquarium hovers over the outside area and even has a sound imitating the sound of the waves.

The Longest Suspension Bridges In The World

Bridges play an important role for humanity. Their presence reduces the time spent on the road, allowing you to overcome obstacles (rivers, ponds, precipices) directly, which is valuable both from an economic and from a practical point of view. Bridges are distinguished by two main parameters: the transmitted load (railway, automobile, pedestrian, combined) and the static scheme (beam, truss, spacer, pontoon). Below is a list of the longest suspension bridges that are classified as spacer systems. Their main difference is the main supporting structure made of flexible elements working in tension; thus, the carriageway is suspended. The longest suspension bridges in the world →
